Im gonna start going gym with a mate who is proper obsessed with gymtok idk what he does at gym at the gym yet. idgaf about gymtok. But i like it of anyone here could help or sens me what they do at the gym cause im not tryna waste time there trying stuff. Id go gym 4-5 times a week.

Find a beginner workout routine and commit to it for some time. Then, you can create your own program based on your goals.

Do this:

Upper/lower body split

Split 1:

Sunday: chest & back, abs

Monday: legs,

Tuesday: shoulders (rear delts and side delts) + arms (biceps and triceps)

Wednesday: legs/rest

Thursday: back, chest, front delts + side delts, abs

Friday: rest

Saturday: shoulders (both front and rear delts), hands (triceps & biceps),


Of course you can change it a bit so it will fit you

Just do ppl ul with 2 sets each exercise 6-8 reps then if u can handle a higher load increase sets as such

id either say upper lower or full body

work full body so you can be low bf% at a higher weight
