how did yall create a gym routine?? rn i havent signed up on the gym cause im lost asf

Just go in and do lots of squats. Don't need to do anything else, just squats.

just choose a split and rep range that seems optimal and stick to it. 2-3 sets of 4-6 reps is meta rn. here's mine:

push:
- flat bench (not good for growth just fun)
- incline dumbbell bench
- single arm cable pushdown
- overhead extensions
- lat raises
- shoulder press

pull:
- pull ups
- rows
- shrugs
- straight bar curl
- preacher curl
- wrist/reverse wrist curl

legs:
- smith squat
- extensions
- curls
- seated plate loaded calf raise

nutrition, sleep, supps, rest, etc all important too

Just do 1 set per muscle group, fullbody every other day
