- 2 to 5 rep sets are probably pointless past novice phase
- conventional is better test of strength sumo is better builder (thought it was other way around)
- if you think you are doing enough triceps work you're not
- ohp does not carry over to bench but it is better exercise
- horizontal pulling is better than vertical pulling for overall size
- legs can be built without tonnes of narrow stance/leg pressing/front squats etc
