If you are gymcelling there are a few things you need to work towards
+low bf% (10% year round) so you have visible abs and visible spinal erector muscles. This must be visible.
+lats
+do not dirty bulk but recomp/lean bulk
+minimum 17 inch neck (easily achieved)
+21 inch+ bideltoids
+thick forearms (train 2x a week minimum)
+legs once a week only for test bonus
