Train rotator cuff, check athlean X vid and articles on it from T Nation

compound lifts. Bench, overhead press, curls, squats, ect.

i will incorporate it into my daily routine at night

how do u train it?

the holy trinity of daily muscle training: neck, abs, and forearms

calves are not worth the effort, just wear jeans lol

I take a chair by its leg, hold it up so the seat points up, and lift it up and down

I'd do pushups, pull-ups, squats, and other bodyweight at home for a few months before joining, and some cardio too. So you don't look too bad when you join.

biggest forearm muscle deals with elbow flexion, bicep is actually a secondary muscle during many curling movements.
do preacher curls, pronation to get the two balls that stick out on the left side

make sure you have just as much if not more pull volume than push volume.
And never skip rear delts + rotator cuff work
