It is so tough for me to decide what I want to do. Before I found BP I was a full blown gymcel eating whatever I could get my hands on and did get really big naturally. I’ve now maintained a lean physique for over a year and look good and of course am always working to get leaner for the sake of my face. Problem is is now that I’ve put this on the pedestal my one main hobby in life is kinda just on the back burner. And yes I used roids for awhile and I know they help keep you lean but point still stands. I’m off everything and still train 6x a week and maintain a good physique. I just miss pushing strength and being really strong and still want to be stronger. For all the gymcels, what do you guys think?

lol im in the same position.

i eventually gave up strength for aesthetics. I just want a girl to like me now lol

lol my physique is prob peak female appeal rn but it’s the vanity and competitiveness I’ve had since I was a kid to mog other dudes. But I have some issues deep down anyways which is probably why.

i say you just blast low dose test and workout if you enjoy it

benched 140 kg at 17 i was planning to do 200kg bench at 19 now i only bench 80kg xD

I took my moms androgens and she has like the worst fucking genetics ever. She has like 0 muscles. Cant do any pull ups. I cant build muscle, so twink maxxed and I did boxing for self defense, so I can still do bunch of pull ups and lift decent amount of weight. But yh

Honestly yeah, I thought about what you said and I figured I could get back on like 180mg a week and maybe even throw in some LGD. It’s pretty low androgeniclly so like no aging but has crazy strength gains.

Ye at least I think so, the scale always went back up anytime I went back on, and went down as soon as I got off. The TRT dosages I’ve tried is 180, 150, and 120
Its pretty insane, I don't start noticing bloat till I get too 300-400+ without an AI

I only use Aromasin when I am blasting 700+ test

Lmao, I’ve been off not sure I’ll get back on. But yeah idk why I was doing it subq. I didn’t think it mattered.
