i need a routine for the gym starting tommorow.
im 13, 5,6 165lbs/74kg.
can go all days of the week.
wont have the best diet but will try to hit protein everyday.
can someone tell me hhow mch protein i should consume a day with my weight.
and someone give me a routine for every muscle group 7x days a week.
2hours maxium in gym.
