What's your go-to split at the gym, especially for aesthetics?

Just finished running John Meadows' Warlock and that shit was just insane. 2 hours at the gym with 40 sets, pretty sure it was made up for people blasting. Moved over to Gamma Bomb so we'll see how that goes

The one thing I hate about gymcels on reddit is that they have no idea on what aesthetics is. Ask about looking good and they'll link you 5/3/1 or Starting Strength JFL

Tuesday/Friday Shoulder/Back
1) Shoulder press 2 sets
2) Lateral raises 2 sets
3) Cable face pull 2 sets
4) Pull ups 2 sets
5) db or cable row 2 sets
6) lat pull downs 2 sets

Monday/Thursday Chest/Tri
1) Incline bench press 2 sets
2) Cable chest flies 2 sets
3) Dips 2 sets
4) Seated chest flies 2 sets
5) Tricep pull down 2 sets

Wednesday
1) Bicep curls 2 sets
2) Hammer curls 2 sets
3) Chin ups 2 sets
4) Cable tricep pull down 2 sets
5) Skull crusher 2 sets
6) Forearm curls 2 sets

everything to failure, neck 2-3x week at the end of the workout (plated neck extensions and neck curls on a bench)

Mirin routine, shoulder + back is a nice combination. That's pure aesthetics

I'm assuming you have some sort of warm up sets / feeder sets before you go into your 2 main sets, right

Yeah I’ll do one warm up set before inclined bench/shoulder press
