Anyone know good dumbells to get on Amazon for no more than 30 quid?

Ones that can be used individually and then one long one

Also I know nothing about gymcelling so I wanna ask, what's the difference between using a singular dumbell for one arm and using one long dumbells for both arms? Like what's the difference in terms of what muscles ur exercising and the benefits.

I'm not looking at getting ripped or anything I just wanna exercise me muscles yaknow

And I heard that arm muscles you don't even need to lift that heavy to grow them. I already have big arm muscles and I've never lifted in my life. So surely 20kg is good enough?

yeah it depends on the muscles youre training and your strenght level, buy adjustable dumbbells and you can put the weight you want

you also have bodyweight exercises
