How many direct sets for those upper traps, nigga? They grow very quickly man... It can make a natty look ogre...
Im supposing the volume for upper traps is split between the 3 trap heads which get 14-16 weekly sets? Thats like 5 direct upper trap sets per week. Doesn't sound that bad but I wanna see what other people are doing for traps in particular
