I don't really know, I train super high volume bro lifts these days. I already gained my strength and physique so now I just go in and get a pump, maintain
super based that's my stratagy now too

I wanna do more squats but I only squat like 110kg for reps.

I can't do this anymore

But years of muscle memory + massively boosted myonuclei from many cycles = if i wanted to, I could get these lifts back in a few months. No point tho just wear and tear on my joints, don't need to lift that heavy to look good

Idk I don't weigh myself. I weighed around 205 when I hit most of these numbers. For the dumbbell numbers I weighed 220 but I had a bunch of water retention cuz I was on cycle

Calesthenics are useless, except pullups. Just lift. Cardio good

True. Calisthenics is very good for core. For example human flag, front lever, etc.
Most powerlifters cant do that

Looksmax as hard as you can. All the softmaxes matter. If your facial structure can be significantly improved with surgery, get it done. Be as jacked and lean as you can be without compromising health or hair. Dress well. EXUDE confidence

This last one is the hardest pill to swallow for people here. You must exude confidence though to maximize whatever you're working with

one rep max deadlift 190 kg (418 pounds)
one rep max squat 160 kg (352 pounds)

35 dips
3 explosive dips with clapping
3 one arm pullups at 85 kg (187 pounds) (in my cali prime, training for it again atm)
20 pistol squats per leg
60 pushups
25 handstand pushups (wall assisted)
