Gyno someone help plz

My right nipple has started having gyno within the last week, and i think its because of my dutasteride

I was about to hop on test but now i think that could rapidly speed up the growth of the gyno so im not sure if i should

And if i stop dutasteride, then ill start balding which i dont want

So what are my options? Is there something i can take long term to reverse and prevent the gyno while i still take dut?

if it’s caused by dut specifically then eating healthier or exercising more wouldn’t change anything. and i do those already

Thats not how it works at all. Balding is caused by DHT which dutasteride specifically reduces to stop the balding. Your lifestyle has no impact on DHT. Please stop replying to threads if you dont know what youre talking about
