I've never heard of using filler for length, only girth. There are exercises that actually work to increase your penis size, both girth AND length. There was a community trial in the penis enhancement subreddit r/gettingbigger done last year called the Hink Trial, where 6 people managed to increase their girth with on average 0.25 inches and length on average 0.5 inches in 6 months by using penis pumping and extending.
