I’m getting fin and min. Should I get this or is it bullshit?

It’s a chewable gummy fin & min mix.

Should I get this or get both pill form?

I’m getting blood test to see if I can take fin. Started taking nutraful because derm said it works but takes up to 3 months to see results.

PRP will be the next step if fin+min and nutraful don’t work.

If all doesn’t work, turkey TP’s all around

yes but if you are losing hair no matter what,transplant wont do shit bc it will go away and you will lose all that new hair in 5 years and you will run out of donar area,you need to find the root cause of your hair loss bro

if you have a defiency yes that may be whats causing it

I have a vitamin d deficiency. I’ve been taking it tho and vitamin c. Now on nutraful.

3. Norwood 2. I’m thinning in the front mainly and receding
4. Definitely have MPB in the family. Dad started thinning junior year in college so around 21. He lost his hair completely on top at 35 and my uncles all have thinning and recessed hairlines but they’re all on fin and still have hair on top.
5. On no medications but I do coke, smoke weed, and drink on weekends.

Derm said that biotin alone won’t help hair loss. That’s why I got nutrafol and she said it really works. There’s some biotin in nutraful along with 7 other vitamins

21 is a good age to hop on fin. It should stop your hair loss, but in the worst case it if it doesn’t, then you have dut.

That’s cool everyone does those in college. Try to cut down on the coke till fin stabilizes your hair loss.

Given your genes if you don’t take fin, you won’t even have enough to get a hair transplant in the future. If you’re fine with current hairline, hop on fin and maintain, if you’re not fine, then still start fin but get a hair transplant Between 30-35.

min 2x a day will fix your thinning but it’s your choice if you want the commitment. Popping a pill is easier than applying topicals that leave hair greasy looking

Will taking min orally help thickness in eyebrows too? I wanted the topical min because I could Derma roll my eyebrows and hairline but like u said it leaves your hair feeling gross.

your hairline will go upto the last area in your forehead with hair, if you’re lucky some bald areas may recover since I assume it’s only been a month since u lost it? But you have to start asap, I’d suggest go to a dermat and be honest about your steroid use
