so if I add on my crown that is full it can't happen ? so the surgeon prolly will only allow me to fill my temples ..... damn that sucks

hey @bratex2213
yeah man that's kinda how it works usually they need donor hair which comes from the sides and back and that's more limited than u think

they'll usually prioritize areas that are actually thinning bc that's where the graft will blend best and look most natural. filling in a full crown area with more hair prolly won't do much for u aesthetically anyway and might be a waste of grafts.

temples are a super common area to fix tho and can make a huge difference to ur facial framing. it's definitely not a failo to focus there. might be worth discussing ur goals with a surgeon to see what's realistic.

this guy is right, and if you are actively thinning look for a DHT blocker so you can actually also keep the hair after the transplant otherwise ur just wasting ur money, and if ur not on a hairprotocol yet you should be minoxidil might aswell be able to save you, but if this is ur natural state then I wouldnt even stress it too much tbh

yo bro im on dutasteride and minoxidil I was way balder now I got good hair, but because of how much I started caring of my hair I just don't want to worry abviout it and wang to fill the rest which I think will not fill with meds like the rest of temple rot be a Norwood 0 I don't think it will make a big aesthetic difference since when I grow my hair long most of my forehead I covered but I thought if I do this I can try shorter haircuts I will see a surgeon once I finish my year

get a different haircut first off
