can you transplant hair on existing hair to cover my temples I realistically need 1-2k grafts I want to go crazy get 4k grafts and add to areas with existing hair or can the surgeon screw my hair ?

so if I add on my crown that is full it can't happen ? so the surgeon prolly will only allow me to fill my temples ..... damn that sucks
