Literally all you need to survive in a day bruh less than 1000 calories getting leaner everyday. I will reach 0% bodyfat next year.

Is it permanent? Because i did it and never recoverd
eating in heavy caloric deficit can ruin your test for life if you do it in puberty, otherwise its not permanent

its not cope bro, ive seen many bodybuilders say it, and i saw a story how a guy ate low amounts of fat during puberty and he had low test for life
and yeah your diet has a lot to do with your hormone levels, im too lazy to find where i saw that but it influences T and HGH

since its only your development you still have normal genes, make sure your kids stay at 15-18% bodyfat, always play sports, if you have a son make him go to the gym after 13 and looksmax your kids from an early age

I'm like 10% bodyfat whole life, it never began
i was always 25% bodyfat and have really thick bones and broad shoulders but maybe my growth plates closed early because of high estrogen

Lifting is cope, cardio extends your life. It's why you don't see any old body builders or fat people. Same problem, different source.

If I can run a marathon and lift myself up with pushups, pullups, etc It's all the muscle I need.

lifting is amazing actually, i feel high after a workout and my muscles are hard, also it gives me a bigger frame, broader shoulders are essential to attractiveness
plus it gives me a higher metabolism and i still burn fat from the resistance training
as long as youre not using PEDs, lifting is perfectly healthy

I want any and all muscle gain I get to be from non weight lifting activity.

all i know is that cardio doesnt help with building muscle because its essentialy like doing weightlifing but with very low weight for dozens of reps per set
and to build strenght and muscle you need to fail at 12 reps
but tbh muscle isnt essential, i do it cause i like it, as long as youre not fat its fine

Still getting lean tho, eating specific foods is a meme, you can eat whatever you want. Calories matter more than anything else. One day I only drank 500 calories of mountain dew, lost 10lb that week.

and dare you try to eat a the low amount of 1500, youre gonna be overeating by 600
