Bro I have been eating between 500-1000 calories for like over 2 months straight at this point, and consistently losing extensive weight.yeah, and when you eat too little calories your metabolism is gonna adapt and youre gonna stop losing weight and be forced to eat 900 to maintain
and dare you try to eat a the low amount of 1500, youre gonna be overeating by 600
Literally eating and drinking whatever I want, still physically active, it's really not that hard, are there days where I eat more than 1000 calories? Yeah, but have I ever relapsed to the point where i'm overreating and gaining more weight than I lose? No. Under current projections, i'm going to not only be fine, i'm going to be pretty lean by January. In fact, January 1st is when i'm also going to do my first 1 month fast to clear up any potential loose skin aswell.
Nutrition is a meme. I can do 100 pushups rn, 100 burpees even. I can run miles, bike 20, etc. I'm eating and drinking what I want as I said, just keeping it low calorie wise.
