yea also genetics play a role here if u were born with close Set or far set eyes no surgery can fix this flaw, if u were born with a long midface or a short midface no surgery can fix flaw, the list goes on

nah not for everyone, you need a decent base as some things arent able to change no matter the amount of surgeries or ped's

i would say maybe htn depending on how much you hardmax, like if you do everthing that can be done
