Has anyone actually seen whitening results w/ coconut oil

Used to use crest whitening strips but they're expensive asf so I'm looking into this I believe that the science supports it and that it dates back hundreds of years

yes i have seen some whitening results from just coconut oil pullign 20 mintues aday and brushing my teeth normally if they ever get yellow even sligtly i use whitening strips to maintain the whiteness.

do it while u shower and do normal hygiene so it doesnt waste time and you dont focus on it
