CALORIE DEFICIT
 
Just stay in a moderate deficit like max 500 cals less than maintenance, also get ur macros and micro nutrients in then ur good, also u can increase ur steps/cardio so u can eat more food and stay in the same deficit

I do a lot of cardio, I just never really eat proper meals, just stuff here and there and then dinner

what foods and stuff tho, I don’t want to be eating low calorie soy goyim shit
red meat, chicken, potateos, rice, vegetables, fruit, honey, dairy

just track your calories with chronometer and a scale

Eat a variation of the carnivore diet. Could add fruits and dairy like something along the lines of FaceIQ's diet, just don't go Paul Saladino style with 200+ grams of sugar

I do a lot of cardio, I just never really eat proper meals, just stuff here and there and then dinner
just track ur cals and steps etc, also eat proper meals maybe even get a meal plan for each day

I’ve been kinda doing the carnivore/natural foods diet, i think it works but im always craving carbs. I hardly eat fruit nor veges, carbs mainly come from milk and raw honey

You could add fruit however it would most optimal to do just meat, eggs, fatty seafood once or twice a week and raw dairy if you could get your hands on it. I wouldn’t do veggies they have no nutrition and plant toxins like oxalates and phytates.

I think fruits like kiwifruit and banana are good but apple causes bloating and digestion problems so I only eat some. Also seafood is hella expensive
