Bodyweight can get you a good athletic physique for sure but you will run out of progression very quickly for your legs (one leg squats are just not that hard).
Shoulders, back and arms can be trained very well at home with pretty much no limits.
Chest can be trained well with push ups and eventually dips, but you will eventually want the weight available on bench to build a really good chest.
A matter of dedication, mostly. Of course, in gym it would be easier and you will hit your limit someday, but it's still possible to be decently fit. If you have gym equipment at home, then pretty much it's the same minus social interactions and support.
