Started taking d3+k2. Heard it helps with bone mass but could be placebo. I was 18 when i started taking it and seemed to help increase bone mass. Stopped eating as much goyslop and leaned down. Dyed all hairs. Started aklief (strong retinoid). Prioritize sleep (9hrs).
Cerave foaming facial cleanser, cerave moisturizer with spf 50, benzoyl peroxide every other day, aklief every other day as well.
