Started taking d3+k2. Heard it helps with bone mass but could be placebo. I was 18 when i started taking it and seemed to help increase bone mass. Stopped eating as much goyslop and leaned down. Dyed all hairs. Started aklief (strong retinoid). Prioritize sleep (9hrs).

things you can improve are minor but i’d say rhino, slight massetter hypertrophy, and slightly fuller lips could ascend .5-1 in looks
