Started taking d3+k2. Heard it helps with bone mass but could be placebo. I was 18 when i started taking it and seemed to help increase bone mass. Stopped eating as much goyslop and leaned down. Dyed all hairs. Started aklief (strong retinoid). Prioritize sleep (9hrs).

No but i take d3+k2 probably cope but i started taking at 18 so i doubt it is placebo. I also gymmax but most importantly stopped eating so much mcdonalds

things you can improve are minor but i’d say rhino, slight massetter hypertrophy, and slightly fuller lips could ascend .5-1 in looks
