6’2 130 pounds in the first pic (60-62 kilo)
6’2 220 pounds in the second pic (99-100 kilo)
I trained for 18 months and dieted properly only 9 months. Gym only 3 months the rest at home (5 years between the pics) and yea I gained some fat but I still think the progress is decent.
chest isn’t popping out much yet because I haven’t been focusing on it but I will be doing that in the next weeks.
Do you think I’m 100% natty?
