The most miserable point of my life was when when I was unemployed and job hunting after uni. Having a job can suck but at least it gives me some sense of purpose and a reason to get out of bed every day. Without a job, I literally wouldn’t have anyone to talk to. Sometimes I fantasise about NEETing or retiring one day but I’d just become severely depressed
