I'm 15 and don't have a bad face card. My mom cooks only healthy food and every morning I eat 2 eggs, every day I eat a granny smith apple, and I eat protein bars + generally nutritional food for lunch. I ask my mom if I can work out since I'm skinny fat but have crazy insertions (which I assume since my dad was crazy in his prime?). I want to start working out in my apartments gym (which doesn't even have a barbell). Mom says yes, but won't even let me count macros/calories of the food she makes.
wtf am i supposed to do?? am i supposed to wait until college to actually work out because im getting cucked by my parents??
