We're told that eating better, exercising, and similar habits are key to longevity and better health, but where the fuck is the evidence for this? There are many people who are clearly overweight yet still have acceptable blood pressure and daily energy levels. Meanwhile, others have blood pressure above 140 despite obsessively tracking calories, salt intake, and daily exercise. On top of this, factors like metabolism, appetite, and the likelihood of developing sleep apnea later in life (this will brutalize your energy levels and cardiovascular health) are largely genetic anyway.
The brutal truth is that delusional normies just want to feel in control, so they create a narrative that they can mold their bodies into whatever they want for health or appearance. In reality, much of this seems set from the beginning.
And before some retard starts spamming me with "Are you saying fat fucks who eat 10 burgers a day aren't doing it to themselves!
" my counter is that they often eat that way because of abnormally strong hunger signals and hormonal responses that others do not experience. They are neurologically wired differently. It is not even their fault, really.
