Will this give me more length than just standing up straight? When i do it normaly i gain like 2 cm from my rounded shoulders

About 2cm and it's the first day tho I think it will fade throughout the day cause I just woke up, let's see...
Yeah I was really bad, my legs and back feel way better now
I'll just do this everyday to see if it changes my bad posture

I dont think i've increased my morning heihgt more than 0.5 cm

op is either bullshiting, didnt measured his height prop or had extremely bad posture before

It depends on the person, everyone should be able to gain at least 2cm with the right stretches plus if posture is bad and some muscles are too tight this can reduce height by more than you would think. There are people that have gained 5cm or more from stretching. And there are some that gained none.

I sometimes go without lifts and then I regret

the only [person who "called me out" was my mom, but remember that she sees my shoes everyday so she knows
no one ever told me anything and I have a relathionship with guys that joke with me 24/7 so they would rather say

I used chamaripas but remember that quality of them is shit
If i ha dt obuy again i would search like this:
high sneakers (above ankle) or these shoes that @itsOVER has + buy any insoles from china

I bought them in a bargain for like $30 from ebay <used i ngreat condition> they are supre comfy
but you woulndt like to see how damaged they are after 1 year - its chinese shit quality

better buy $10-30 shoes + wear lifts
elevator shoes are for rich ppl

Damn it would amazing for me to reach 6 feet barefoot. I Already fraud to 6'2 with shoes.

that and stretching your back everyday with stamina inline back stretch bench should in theory get you some height

I still have a bad posture but it's a bit better now
and i don't have pain on my back anymore and i'm definitely more flexible.

edit: i don't do it everyday because i'm a lazy fucker

i am 185cm myself but its still above average here
tallest country average (netherlands) is 183cm
and tbh most men i see are around 170-175
The only way you can be right is that you live in the suburbs full of Indians or Asians.

I've been there and you are obviously wrong.

I haven't stretched for many weeks now but I am around 185.5-186cm in the morning now, during peak stretching I used to be like 187-1888cm almost, morning height.

So I'll start again and try to get my gains back.

As many as possible, best to do all
 
Jfl, you're not going to grow 2 inches in morning height from stretching unless you have some serious postural imbalances...

Gym+stretching is the first lookmax everyone here should be doing. But we know many users here want surgery or a magic pill to fix all their problems with no effort.
