Anyone here used height increase insoles (+2–3 cm) and are they actually comfortable and natural to walk in daily?

if youre 5'7 and under you could benefit from insoles, but if your tall theres just no point imoAnyone here used height increase insoles (+2–3 cm) and are they actually comfortable and natural to walk in daily?

5'8-5'10 individuals can definitely benefit from soles.i did not say 5'8 was tall
I live in the Netherlands, where the average male height is 183 cm (6 feet). If you're already around or above average, would you still recommend height insoles? What’s the actual benefit then?5'8-5'10 individuals can definitely benefit from soles.
The ROI is based on your own level of confidence. Would you feel more confident as a 6'0 person who can now walk around as 6'2? Then fkn do it mate.I live in the Netherlands, where the average male height is 183 cm (6 feet). If you're already around or above average, would you still recommend height insoles? Never thought about it like that tbh. Thanks good point. The ROI is based on your own level of confidence. Would you feel more confident as a 6'0 person who can now walk around as 6'2? Then fkn do it mate.
Generally, I disagree with 6'0+ wearing insoles because of the heightflation for me as a 5'9, but you're in the Netherlands and I'm not so I could give a fuck hahaha. All in all, if it makes you more confident, do it. Try stuffing socks in your shoes first and see how you feel about it, then decide if buying proper insoles is worth it or not.
