Anyone here used height increase insoles (+2–3 cm) and are they actually comfortable and natural to walk in daily?

if youre 5'7 and under you could benefit from insoles, but if your tall theres just no point imo

Yes. I'm 5'9 and wear shoes with at least a 1 inch sole already, plus a 1 inch insole. I often wear designer boots (LV and balenci) which have about 2 -3 inches of soles before I even put the insole in.

The key is to buy regular shoes that already have massive soles, then either add a 0.5 inch or 1 inch insole.

Shoes like Conzuri or Tallmenshoes will make you walk like you're wearing heels which not only makes you walk weird, but can be potentially dangerous for long-term use (knees, ankles, lower back, etc.)

ALWAYS buy regular-person shoes, and add a 1 inch insole if needed. NEVER buy shoes "made" to make you look taller.

For boots? Dr. Martens. Balenciaga Strike Boots. Louis Vuitton Remix boots (specific to the current LV collection).
For casual shoes? Adidas Ultraboost, Yeezy, Platform Converse.
For gymwear, workwear, etc.? Hoka (Bondi model specifically) and most ONcloud shoes.

Hope this helps.

5'8-5'10 individuals can definitely benefit from soles.
I live in the Netherlands, where the average male height is 183 cm (6 feet). If you're already around or above average, would you still recommend height insoles? What’s the actual benefit then?

The ROI is based on your own level of confidence. Would you feel more confident as a 6'0 person who can now walk around as 6'2? Then fkn do it mate.

Generally, I disagree with 6'0+ wearing insoles because of the heightflation for me as a 5'9, but you're in the Netherlands and I'm not so I could give a fuck hahaha. All in all, if it makes you more confident, do it. Try stuffing socks in your shoes first and see how you feel about it, then decide if buying proper insoles is worth it or not.

Never thought about it like that tbh. Thanks good point.

I wear Timb Pros with 0.6 inch insole. I get about 2.6 inch of lift that looks natural.
Going from 6'5 to 6'7 is probably pretty useless.
