1.-Sleep 9-10 hours
Your body produces the most Human Growth
Hormone (HGH) while you sleep.

2.-Eat High-Protein,
Nutrient-Dense Foods. Like eggs, Greek yogurt, fish/steak, magnesium,D3, Zinc,Calcium to boost IGF-1 levels.

3.-Exercise 5-6 times a week
Strength training, basketball, swimming and Sprints help boost HGH and IGF-1 levels.

4.-Avoid Processed Junk
PROCESSED Foods and sugar, they can disrupt hormones and stunt growth.

Yeah he was lucky nigga, my dad is 183 and i’m already taller than him at 15 with late puberty. And i eat crap and don’t sleep for shit
