1.-Sleep 9-10 hours

2.-Eat High-Protein,
Nutrient-Dense Foods. Like eggs, Greek yogurt, fish/steak, magnesium,D3, Zinc,Calcium to boost IGF-1 levels.
3.-Exercise 5-6 times a week
Strength training, basketball, swimming and Sprints help boost HGH and IGF-1 levels.
4.-Avoid Processed Junk
PROCESSED Foods and sugar, they can disrupt hormones and stunt growth.
5.-(most important general softmax for me) Perfect posture
