What can I do to TRULY maximise my height potential at 14? I feel so short and don’t feel true dominance over others. Im 5”8-5”9 not exactly sure. I been tryna have as many dairy products as possible, maximum sleep (although it often is below 8 hours), and I play basketball often. I sprint inconsistently - heard that it temporarily increases GH levels by 450% but I’m not sure if it is cope or not. If someone can elaborate on how it isn’t cope I will start to be more consistent.

if you want to take the artificial path then here
  • Examples: GHRP-2, GHRP-6, Ipamorelin
  • Mechanism: Activate ghrelin receptors (GHS-R1a) to enhance GH secretion independently of GHRH, sometimes synergistically with GHRH analogs.
  • Benefits: Can stimulate appetite and promote GH release with fewer side effects on cortisol or prolactin (Ipamorelin has minimal impact on these hormones).
  • Considerations: Dosage and timing are key for effectiveness; potential side effects include water retention when overused.

anadrol/proviron/anavar/halo either one is good
gh (14+iu) or ghrs
letrozole 2.5mg ed

plus some other things can be added but this is a basic stack
