I say that because i am 18+ and i have seen growth.

If i had this mindset "18=over" i would had missed all my potential inches.

I tell them to try before giving up .
But peoeple like u don't even try and just give up,which is a defeatist weak attitude.
Now if u are saving for LL thats a different thing,but u can still do stretching because that barely takes time.

One should keep his skepticism low,leave that to atheists and scientists.
Because with skepticism i wouldn't have ascended
