Being a manlet is shit, obviously. There are very few permanent fixes, and most that exist are extremely expensive/invasive.
One that I haven't seen mentioned here yet is the silicone head implant. At the moment it is performed by only one doctor, Dr. Luis de la Cruz at his clinic in Madrid, Spain. He has said the procedure is fairly easy to perform, and takes about 90 minutes.
He has performed it on 17 people, and says that everyone was satisfied with the result. One woman who was asked said it changed her whole life (she was too short to be an airline stewardess).
The procedure isn't that expensive either, especially compared to LL. I've found the costs are quoted at anywhere from 4,000 to 8,000 euros online.
Unfortunately, it isn't a perfect situation. For starters, it's only offered at one clinic in the world, so if you aren't from Spain that could increase costs significantly. Also, Dr de la Cruz advises against this surgery if you have a long head, as the result would look bad. Ideally short, round headed people would produce the best result.
If you fit the criteria, this implant can get you up to 2 inches on your head. Paired with a heel implant that could be 3 inches, and with LL up to 9. Wearing lifts on top of this, you could theoretically increase your height a massive 11 inches, bringing even a very short manlet to human status.
