I am 14 years old 5'11 and I weigh a lot. My dad is 6'4 and my mom is 5'4. I want to reach the same height as my dad, or even 6'2-6'3. I also want to lose weight. I've been in a calorie deficit for a week and lost 2 pounds. Should I keep going in this deficit or maintain and exercise?
