Fraud : mild jutting and mild cheek sucking
I have a narrow palate but I do use a palate expander. I can't mew since I have tight airholes and therefore I can't breath while mewing. Any tips?

ig man wait for your palate to expand so you can mew and try not to mouth breathe also keep your hair on your forehead because its kinda big

never had these things before but try mewing atleast a minute or an hour everyday
