> I switched from my old moisturizer (Acne-OC Sebum Moisturizer) to CeraVe because I'm using tretinoin and wanted better barrier support. With my old moisturizer, my skin usually looked very glowy on hydroquinone-only days and only looked less glowy after tretinoin nights. I increased tretinoin from twice weekly to 3 times weekly and then every other night over the last 40 days. After switching to CeraVe, my skin looked less glowy even on a hydroquinone-only day. Is one day enough to conclude that CeraVe doesn't suit my skin, or should I continue it for 1–2 weeks? Do you think the more likely cause is the moisturizer, the increased tretinoin frequency, or something else
