how do i deal with this obviously u cant change bone structure naturally im 18 but is there a specific haircut or posture i should keep to minimise how it affects me

i’ve been doing posture excersize and it’s been really good for me and ive been tracking my height i’m about a cm and a half taller after a week of consistent posture training rn im sick asf so i’ve been eating like shit not working out and stuff but when i get better ill see if my side profile looks more attractive after a week of posture training
