HELP side effects

This morning i woke up with a locked jaw thats been getting progressively worse
I took gabapentin yesterday to get high idk if this is a side effect of that but i need help its painful and getting worse by the minute
im also on HGH but i doubt this is a side to it ive never felt this before
please help me guys
