help with calories

so rn my stats are:
14yo
66kg
177/5'10
ppl split

i started the gym about a month ago and am progressing while on a deficit. im losing weight eating 1700 calories nd 150g protein but i dont fucking know what my actual maintenance is since i have no idea how much i burn in a workout. i used to be sedentary and back then used to burn 200 a day, therefore concluded that my maintenance would be 2000 still:lul:
but thats obv not the fucking case so im not sure how much it actually is.
somebody give me pointers cuz im clueless rn.

so you stop looking like a little femboy

just lean bulk im not saying to eat 5k cals a day
