so rn my stats are:

i started the gym about a month ago and am progressing while on a deficit. im losing weight eating 1700 calories nd 150g protein but i dont fucking know what my actual maintenance is since i have no idea how much i burn in a workout. i used to be sedentary and back then used to burn 200 a day, therefore concluded that my maintenance would be 2000 still
but thats obv not the fucking case so im not sure how much it actually is.
somebody give me pointers cuz im clueless rn.
