Help with fat loss supplements

My parents are working from home and i cant fucking inject anything, test, reta, etc
but they have no problem with oral supplements, they dont check or ask anything
its there any oral supplement that can help me with fat loss?
Ive started very fat, ive been cutting for a long time and actually seen diference in the face and body but (from 95kg no muscles to 75kg now and some muscles) ive lost around 15-20% bf or even more but now im stuck at around 20-25%. cutting no longer works for me, i lowered my calories intake, increase activity, more cardio, more protein, fats, and nothing work (my belly fat its the only thing that stays and some of the face fat (cheeks and hyoid fat)

im not looking for apetite supresser, i can control my fucking body im looking for more internal things like metabolic enhancers or something else idk

just eat less and move more if you don't have access to something like reta or GLP-1s in general
