Hi guys. I’m a 16 and 173 cm tall. I’m thinking about starting at the gym. My main goal is to get a good enough physique, but the main thing would be losing bf.
What should I start with?

hit full body (or upper body) every other day, be in a caloric deficit of 500 calories per day. do 2 sets per exercise, roughly 2 exercises per muscle group, hit every set 1 rep away from failure, stay within 5-9 rep range, consume 1g of protein per lb of body weight (aka 2.2 grams per kg), sleep 8 hours a night, consume carbs before your workout, zinc, d3 and k2 to maximize puberty (mostly cope but if you are deficient that can fuck you up) and thats pretty much it, dont starvemaxx and fuck up your puberty

Thanks, I will start with the gym soon. I’ll never forget this 🙂. Shouldn’t I also hit legs, I play football too 4-5 a week. Or is the football enough? (Soccer)

It is better to hit legs so you dont get muscular imbalances which could mess with your posture, thats why i recommend full body every other day. Don't over work urself too much I made the mistake of hitting every set to failure and do a lot of sets per muscle group and made 0 progress in the gym my first year. As cliche as it sounds but diet and recovery are really important for muscle building and hormones. Football wont build your leg muscles if your trying to achieve aesthetic legs
