help with proper chewing and swallowing

what's the proper way to chew and swallow? apparently i'm doing it wrong

chew till the food is liquid, then swallow. But to learn how to swallow properly you gotta give the biggest smile you can while mewing and then swallow. When i first started to do it I literally couldnt swallow but now tis no issue

Try to not move your mouth at all when u swallow,just push the food back with your tongue as close to your palate as possible.Obv chew evenly on both sides and u could try chewing with your front teeth too
