Yo so ima get self ligating braces but they got rubber bands to pull my front teeth forward and jaw backwards or something.
but anyways tho i was wondering should i just not wear my rubber bands so they give me a herbst appliance? Is a herbst appliance significantly better then the self ligating braces?

And will there be an extra fee to get them put on or nah i know i sound stupid as fuck right now but i dont know shit about orthontics, can a high iq nigga help me
