I was recently thinking, to maximize results for facial bones, would it be better to have higher dosage or duration?
Technically, there isnt any direct study reporting on this, but it all depends. So what you need is to have high enough dose for IGF1 to actually do something and when you reach a dose high enough that your IGF1 plateaus its better to increase the duration.

Study reports on people with GH deficiency, which means that the dose will be typically higher for normal people, since we produce more, it takes more to alter it. The study basically says that 2iu ED wasnt enough for them to maintain high IGF1 levels thru 24h, but a higher dose, 4-6iu ED was enough. As i alredy said, this dose would be higher so if you arent GH deficient dont even bother with <6 iu.

So, what is the dose? Based on the previous study, i would say it has to be atleast 8iu to actually see a difference, and its obvious that the more you take GH the more difference you will see. But the more IUs you take, the less will the new IUs be efficient, because you alredy are getting so much. Pubmed

Does this mean that GH duration to effects are linear? Hell nah, for example: You do 8ius for 8 months, you start seeing changes, but after you reach your "limit" of your duration, there will be minimal/0 changes. Thats when the dosage needs to go up, lets say to 10iu, now for some time you will see changes once again, but after a while it will plateau.

To see changes you need:

1. Sufficient dose
2. Reach your duration "limit"
3. Up the dose if you want more changes
