JUST FOR CLARIFICATION: I KNOW THIS IS WATER BUT IDC. I SEE PEOPLE ON TIKTOK STILL NOT KNOWING HOW TO PROPERLY TAKE HGH (as if it would do anything crazy to their faces anyways when theyre taking soley hgh :lul:)

By now, everyone knows HGH and its massive gain on popularity because of tiktok. But, when you still think hgh will do a lot to your facial gains, not wanting to break your dreams, but it will most definetly not. Especially because most of you expect fast and good results (especially if youre one of those subhuman iq niggas). But, if you run soley hgh or not, ancillaries can still be important for your health and wellbeing. So heres a list of the best ancillaries - atleast to my knowledge.
BUT: The most important thing is still diet and lifestyle. So; eat healthy, do your cardio, dont live like an absolute buffoon and take supplements from there (Obv some are mandatory on higher doses, but even with them if your lifestyle is shit, they wont do a lot) So lets get right into it so you can healthmogg all these hghcels on tiktok that are running it without any precautions:HAPPIES: (and yes some information is from chatgpt, but I went on pubmed etc and searched for various studies on the things I say:forcedsmile: sometimes I was too lazy and needed quick information)

BLOODSUGAR

When you're on hgh, it will increase your insulin resistance -> decreasing insulin sensitivity. Basically spiking your blood glucose level, raising the chance of getting Type 2 Diabetes. And obviously; noone wants diabetes :lul:. So what can you do to counter this and not get your blood sugar absolutely raped when youre on higher doses? Ancillaries. And what are the best ones you may ask?
The best ones come down to your genetics as well (How strong your insulin reacts to igf-1 and gh), but they will work either way. Generally some good things you can take are either Berberine, or peptides like reta, tirze, sema (low dose, or your normal dose if youre already on it anyways, which, if youre morbedly obese, is stupid to even think about using hgh due to various reasons.). Another good thing to take is Metformin, but there should no need to if youre either good on berberine already, or, like I said, on reta anyways. But a thing most people forget, is actually checking their bloodsugar. They think "Oh I don't have to worry about this anyways, its good either way" which is the stupidest thing ever. You think you can also run test (especially high doses), take an AI and not worry about your e2 anymore? Nigga if you think this, taking ANYTHING isn't for you. You need to ATLEAST monitor your blood glucose levels at home with some 30€ cheap ass blood sugar monitor from amazon. Or just get blood checks done by your doctor (Most importantly check IGF-1, HbA1c, fasting insulin + glucose levels, Lipids, ApoB if you want to be extra safe for your lipids - not necessairy, T3 and T4).
But obviously insulin will be the only thing that will truly keep your blood sugar levels low, if you have problems with everything else I mentioned (or if you already have type-2 diabetes:feelswhy:).

OTHER USEFUL SUPPS FOR HEALTH

Now that we've got one of the biggest risks of stupid hgh use out of the way, lets talk about the supplements you can take, to stay more healthy or to increase your overall well being (Even while not directly adressing things like bloodsugar or similar). Even tho they dont directly help to prevent big sides of hgh, theyre still worth taking just for lifestyle (if you don't get most of them from your diet yet). So, lets start.

Like I said, these supplements dont help regulate blood sugar, lipids, or anything similar (and if they do, not by a meaningful amount), but they still help you with your overall wellbeing. These things being: Melatonin, Magnesium, Chromium, Omega-3, Taurine, Vitamins (like B6 and B12). Why may you ask? So. Melatonin is a no brainer. Improves sleep, strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, so its a really good and cheap supplement you can buy (especially since high hgh doses can disrupt sleep indirectly). Magnesium helps to have a healthy and better BP and heart rythm (not drastic, but still a good thing) and at high doses it can even support insulin signaling + sensitivity, so why not. Chromium can, especially if youre insufficient, work with berberine together to better insulin sensitivity and help blood sugar regulation. Omega-3 is good for anti-inflammatory effects, helps lower trycligerite, increase HDL and LDL balance (modest, but still there), cardiovascular protective effects (Especially if higher dosage; smth like 4g per day). Taurine modestly helps with insulin sensitivity (I found a study for this on mice, found another one that showed no results in obese women, then another one showing it significantly decreased fasting insulin in overweight adults, so I'm not exactly sure of this effect). It also has neuroprotective properties (as shown in people with diabetes). So, taurin is a supplement thats definetly worth taking, especially at high doses, as it shows great improvements of glycemic control. Vitamins like B6 and B12 are especially good for a number of reasons. First: Vitamin B6 slightly helps with protein synthesis, helps with mood, sleep and nerve health, it can even aid to better cardiovascular health. So all in all, B6 and B12 help you with various different things and arent something you should forget when thinking about supplementation.

HOW TO BE HEALTHY, BASICS ON HGH

Now we got the supplements. But you may ask yourself "but thuuk, supplementation isnt the only thing you need to be healthy on hgh, is it?" and youre right. Obviously. So first off, the pills aren't some magic pills. They're basic things that will help you be healthy but they don't guarantee anything, when youre living like shit. So, what are things you NEED to do to be "sure" youre healthy?
First off, watch your diet. I know you know this already, but you can't say this often enough: Have a good diet. Now, this isn't something you should only have while being on something (let it be roids, hgh, etc), it's something you should have regardless of using anything. Anyways, what's a good diet exactly? So, a good diet on hgh consits of (obviously) a high protein intake. Preferabbly aim for 2g of protein per kg of bodyweight (roughly 1g of protein per lbs of bodyweight) and limit fast digesting, simple carbs. Why limit carbs you may ask? Carbs (especially simple, fast digesting carbs) spike insulin, blunting hghs effect and its harder to manage your blood sugar (especially if it's something like gummy bears before your workout - simple sugar, fast carbs, fast insulin spike aswell lmao, even when not that severe when its a small amount). So, its not about limiting carbs in itself, but more to limit fast digesting simple carbs (white sugar, white bread, candy, white rice, etc). A high fat diet (especially saturated and trans fats) leads to higher inflammation and can even blunt gh sensitivity of your body, especially if it's a one time high fat amount. Also, to minimise insulin spikes (so maximising the effect of your blood sugar regulation supps) you should have 2-3 big meals per day, instead of having 1 big meal and a lot of snacks (for example). Especially because if youre taking berberine, you should take 1 tablet (500mg) before every meal, so having 2-3 big, balanced, high protein meals would be the best approach. So all in all, having a balanced, high protein diet with a limitied amount of carbs and fats would be the best thing you can do in the sense of eating. What also is a good thing to do, regardless of hgh or not, is cardio training. It has all kinds of benefits - mental health, mood, insulin sensitivity, everything. And if youre out there, exercising anyways, why not throw in a little cardio? :Comfy:
This is my first "high" quality post, so please spare me:feelswah: even while it's not the best thread, I'd be happy if it helped you on running hgh safely. I'm here if you have any questions or feedback, happy to hear it!:feelstastyman:
